Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All jewellery designs, techniques, and teaching materials provided during Colour Art Jewellery Studio workshops remain the intellectual property of Elizabeth Spencer and Colour Art Jewellery Studio and are protected under UK copyright and intellectual property law.

Participants agree to:

• Create pieces during workshops for personal use and enjoyment only
• NOT reproduce, copy, or teach the designs or techniques to others without written permission
• NOT use designs for commercial purposes without written permission
• Acknowledge and credit Colour Art Jewellery Studio when sharing photos or posts of pieces created using our designs on social media or any public platform

Attribution Required: When sharing your work online or publicly, you must credit: "Design by Colour Art Jewellery Studio"

Enforcement: Violation of these terms, including failure to provide proper attribution, unauthorized teaching of techniques, or commercial use of designs, may result in legal action. Colour Art Jewellery Studio reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies including injunctions and damages for breach of these terms.

Acceptance of Terms: By completing your workshop booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
