Course & Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy regarding bookings for single workshops and multi-week courses:


📅 Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 7 days before the start date: Full refund or a full credit note towards another workshop/course.
  • 3 to 7 days before the start date: 50% refund or a full credit note towards another workshop/course.
  • Less than 3 days before the start date: No refunds or credits can be issued. However, you may transfer your booking to another person to attend in your place.


⚠️ Multi-Week Courses & Partial Attendance

  • Commencement of Service: For multi-week blocks, the "start date" refers strictly to the date of the very first session.
  • After the course starts: Once a multi-week course has commenced and the first session has taken place, no refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rata credits can be issued for any remaining sessions under any circumstances (including personal changes in circumstances, illness, or injury).
  • Missed Sessions: We cannot offer make-up sessions or partial transfers to future course dates for individual weeks missed by a student. You are welcome to send a friend or family member to take your place for a missed session, provided you notify us via email beforehand.


✉️ How to Cancel or Transfer

To cancel your booking or transfer a session to another person, please contact us via our official shop email at lizzy@colour-art-jewellery-class.co.uk with your order number, course title, and start date.

🔨 Changes by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop or course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled dates.

 

⚠️ 1-Day Workshops, 2-Week & 5-Week Courses, and Studio Facilities

  • After a session starts: Once the 1-day workshop, 2-week course, or 5-week course has begun, no refunds or partial credits can be issued for any remaining sessions due to injury, illness, or change of mind.
  • On-Site Soldering Notice: We do not have torch-soldering facilities on-site. Sterling silver rings or silver metal clay jewellery (made of fine or sterling silver) during our workshops and courses are created either as adjustable designs, or they will be professionally soldered or fired by myself and posted to you within 2 months(depending on current studio workload). Please bear this in mind when booking your place, as we do not offer refunds if a student changes their mind about these studio techniques after their workshop or course has begun.
