Workshop Booking & Refund Policy

All workshop bookings are final. We do not offer refunds once a workshop has been attended.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible — we may be able to transfer your booking to a future date, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
