COURSES

Once a course is booked this is an acceptance of our terms and conditions below. We do not offer refunds on courses.

Cancellations by you

Cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to course start

If you contact us more than 4 weeks prior to the workshop date, you can transfer to another workshop, subject to availability and any balance due. Alternatively, we can issue you with a credit that must be used within that calendar year. In both instances a 20% admin fee will be payable.

Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to course start

If you are unable to attend your course with less than 4 weeks’ notice, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. However . . .

If we manage to re-sell your place within 4 weeks of the course date, we will issue a credit of 80% of your course fee, that can be used towards another workshop taking place within a calendar year.

You may also consider finding someone else to take your place. You must inform us of the name change and give contact details of new booking immediately so we can send out our terms and conditions and further information for the course.

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled the class will be rescheduled giving the students as much notice as possible. Where the workshop cannot be rescheduled, we will transfer you to a workshop of the same value or issue you with a course credit that you may use towards any other course of interest.

Colour Art Jewellery Class  is not responsible for any loss of travel costs due to cancellations.

COURSE H&S

Colour Art Jewellery Class will not be held liable for any accidents as a result of failure to follow safety instructions or studio safety rules.

Colour Art Jewellery Class will not be held liable for a student contracting a communicable illness or disease from attendence. By attending any course the student accepts all risks.

Colour Art Jewellery Class reserves the right to ask a student to leave the premises permanently without a refund if they have breached safety instructions or studio safety rules.

PAYMENTS

All payments conducted through Colour Art Jewellery Class will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order or course booking if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment or through PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel your order.

PRODUCTS

Colour Art Jewellery Class will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery if not notified within 2 working days of delivery with accompanying images of condition. Faulty items will be subject to inspection. If fault is deemed to be due to faulty manufacture the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to customer.

Colour Art Jewellery Class will have no liability for items damaged though normal wear or any mistreatment. If item is inspected and deemed to be damaged from wear and tear or any mistreatment a quote for repair can be arranged.

Colour Art Jewellery Class will have no liability for any allergy to any jewellery product.
